Describe your creative piece – what is it and what has it been used for, and why is it innovative?
the goal was to create a clean, super-simple, easy to navigate, well designed, fun to read website for both the general public and folks within the environmental community. we must have succeeded because of all the praise we receive, all the time.
What issue or problem were you working to address with this piece?
how to say more and show more, with as little clutter as possible. we wanted to communicate what we had to offer local rural ranchers and to impact the community positively, without being too "techie" or confusing. it was to be a website for everyone to enjoy, but the goal was mostly to get folks to understand the need for the organization and to participate in saving our streams for future generations.
How has your submission successfully impacted your organization’s ability to solve this issue/problem?
YES! its amazing how often every we get positive comments not only about the site, but of how we're interfacing so well with the community. and we believe we owe a lot of that success to Dreamweaver for helping our organization to produce and showcase such a lovely site. thank you adobe for the donated software!!!!
